Ananya Panday has time and again expressed her fascination for 90s Bollywood films and actors such as Karisma Kapoor and Salman Khan. The actress recently shared a picture of herself getting ready and taking a selfie in the mirror which had pictures of Karisma Kapoor and Salman Khan pasted on it.

Taking to Instagram stories, Ananya shared a picture of herself taking a selfie in the mirror. The mirror features pictures of Karima Kapoor and Salman Khan pasted on it and a quote by Kareena Kapoor Khan in Jab We Met: ‘Mein apni favourite hoon.”
Ananya captioned the post, “My vanity van essentials ft. Favourites @therealkarismakapoor @kareenakapoorkhan @beingsalmankhan.” In the picture, Ananya is wearing a minimal white oversized t-shirt with a fish print on it. She has styled this t-shirt with glossy red lips, a sleek bun and kohl-rimmed eyes.

Marking Karisma Kapoor’s birthday last month, Ananya shared a childhood picture of herself with the actress expressing her admiration towards the actress. In the picture, Ananya is sitting on Karisma’s lap making funny and quirky faces. Her caption read, "No. 1 Lolo fan for life. happy birthday OG @therealkarismakapoor no one does it like youuuuu."
Ananya’s projects
On the work front, Ananya was last seen in Arjun Varain Singh’s Kho Gaye Hum Kahan, co-starring Siddhant Chaturvedi and Adarsh Gourav. She will feature next in Collin D’Cunha’s web show, Call Me Bae, starring an ensemble cast including Vir Das, Gurfateh Pirzada, Varun Sood, Vihaan Samat, Muskkkaan Jaferi, Niharika Lyra Dutt, Lisa Mishra, and Mini Mathur. Produced by Karan Johar, Call Me Bae will release on September 6 on Amazon Prime Video.
The actress was recently seen enjoying the wedding celebrations of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant with her friends Shanaya Kapoor, Janhvi Kapoor, and Sara Ali Khan, among others.
Karisma, on the other hand, recently marked her OTT debut with Homi Adajania’s crime mystery film Murder Mubarak, starring Sara Ali Khan, Vijay Varma, Pankaj Tripathi, Sanjay Kapoor and others.
