It's believed that Allu Arjun's relationship with Pawan is fraught with conflict. Recently, he sparked a huge controversy when he expressed support for YSRCP constituency candidate S. Ravi Chandra Kishore Reddy in the Nandyal district during the Lok Sabha elections.
Allu Arjun's presence in Nandyal attracted a massive crowd, leading to complaints of a violation of the Moral Code of Conduct against the superstar. "Grateful to the people of Nandyal for the warm reception. Thank you, @SilpaRaviReddy garu, for the hospitality. Wishing you the very best in the elections and beyond. You have my unwavering love and support," tweeted Allu Arjun earlier.
Allu's support for a member of the YSRCP raised many eyebrows, considering Pawan was contesting against the party. It sparked speculations about infighting and political differences within the party.
In light of the controversy, Allu Arjun issued a statement distancing himself from politics. "Firstly, I want to clarify that I am not affiliated with any political party. I remain neutral and support my people, regardless of their political affiliations. This includes my uncle Pawan Kalyan, whom I will always stand by, along with my friend Ravi and my father-in-law Mr. Reddy," he said.
Pawan is not the first member of the Mega family to make inroads in electoral politics. Earlier, his elder brother also had a successful stint as a central minister during the UPA rule.
