Alia, along with Karan Johar, Vasan Bala, and Vedang Raina appeared on The Great Indian Kapil Show to promote their upcoming film Jigra. During her appearance, Alia revealed that Ranbir sings the Malayalam lullaby Unni Vava Vo for Raha. She stated that ever since Raha was born, her Malayalam nurse would sing the lullaby for her to fall asleep to. She added that the toddler has gotten used to it and often asks her parents to sing the lullaby for her. To help Raha, Ranbir learned the lullaby and often sang it.

She said, "When Raha wants to sleep, she says Vaavavo as the cue. Now, Ranbir has learned to sing Unni Vaavavo." Later, she opened up about a song that her mother Soni Razdan sings while changing Raha's diapers. Alia added, "It goes like ‘Punjabi Samosa, Aloo ka Pakoda, Gujarati ka Dhokla…’ and she sang the same when I was a baby. No wonder I grew up to love Dhoklas, Samosas, and Pakodas."
