Ajith Kumar, Trisha set relationship goals in new Vidaa Muyarchi poster

Lyca Productions on Friday unveiled the new poster from its upcoming movie, Vidaa Muyarchi, starring Tamil superstar Ajith Kumar in the lead role. The look also features Trisha, who is playing Ajith's romantic interest. The poster doesn't reveal much, it hints at the feel-good elements in the movie. 

Ajith and Trisha together make for a happy, modern-day couple, setting relationship goals. The moment captured in the new poster seems to be set in a beautiful foreign location, against the backdrop of a well-lit street, maybe at a fancy restaurant.

Trisha and Ajith are one of the most favourite onscreen couples in Tamil cinema. The duo have so far worked together in five films, including Vidaa Muyarchi, Ji, Kireedam, Mankatha and Yennai Arindhaal. 

The buzz is Ajith is said to be playing a devoted husband Vidaa Muyarchi. According to reports, the film follows the struggles of a husband, who goes to great lengths to rescue his kidnapped wife. However, this is just speculation as an official synopsis of the movie is not revealed yet. 

Vidaa Muyarchi is said to be an out-and-out action drama and is expected to stay very true to its genre, as opposed to a regular Tamil masala action flick. 

Vidaa Muyarchi is helmed by Magizh Thirumeni, who is known for making no-nonsense, sharp, light, and stylish action thrillers. Vidaa Muyarchi is a huge lep up for Magizh Thirumeni's career as it puts him in the league of big directors. His career trajectory is likely to change following the release of Vidaa Muyarchi. 

Vidaa Muyarchi has been entirely shot in Azerbaijan. The deserts seem to provide an intense backdrop for this search-and-rescue action thriller. Besides Ajith and Trisha, the film also stars Regina Cassandra, and Arav.
