Aishwarya Rai gives glimpses of Aaradhya Bachchan's 13th birthday celebration, fans question Abhishek's absence

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is a doting mother to her daughter Aaradhya Bachchan. After Aaradhya officially turned a teenager on November 16 this year, her mother Aishwarya shared a heartfelt birthday post for her four days later on November 20. In the post, Aishwarya called Aaradhya the ‘eternal love of her life’ and shared never-seen-before pictures of her on social media. However, Aishwarya’s fans noticed the absence of Abhishek Bachchan and his family members from the pictures, and questioned the Bachchan family for not sharing birthday posts for Aaradhya.

Taking to Instagram, Aishwarya shared pictures of Aaradhya over the years and captioned it, “HAPPY BIRTHDAY 2 THE ETERNAL LOVE OF MY LIFE dearest Daddy-Ajjaa and my darling Aaradhya MY HEART… MY SOUL… FOREVER AND BEYOND.”

The first picture features Aaradhya dressed in minimal white ethnic wear, seen with closed eyes before her maternal grandfather Krishnaraj Rai's picture. The image is followed by a snapshot of Aishwarya remembering her father.

The next picture is a selfie image of the mother-daughter duo in front of the picture of Aishwarya’s father. The next selfie image also features Aishwarya’s mother Vrinda Rai along with the two.

Aishwarya also shared a picture of a balloon from Aaradhya’s birthday celebration which said, “You’re officially a teenager Aaradhya.” The image is followed by two throwback pictures of Aishwarya and Aaradhya. The last image features Aaradhya in a glamorous avatar. In the picture, Aaradhya is wearing a sequined dress, paired with pink glossy lips and eyeliner. Aishwarya is hugging Aaradhya from behind and looks stunning in a black outfit, paired with bold red lips and pink eyeshadow.

Netizens shower love on Aishwarya but question Abhishek's absence

Fans reacted to these pictures by appreciating Aishwarya’s parenting style. One user commented, “You are best mother,” while another said, “The way she love her daughter always proved her right over her husband.”

But her fans noticed that Abhishek and the rest of the Bachchan family were not present in the pictures and commented, “Where are other family members??”. Another fan wrote, “No AB family or junior AB in pics!! Divorce news seems true now!!” Yet another fan said, “Why nobody from the @bachchan family wished Aaradhya on her Bday?? What’s wrong? Isn’t she their own blood.”

Divorce rumours about the star couple have been doing the rounds for a while now.  And notably, none of the Bachchan family shared birthday posts for Aaradhya this year.

Earlier, Aishwarya extended birthday wishes to her father-in-law Amitabh Bachchan by sharing a picture of him along with Aaradhya on social media. She captioned the post, “Happy Birthday Pa-Dadaji. God Bless always.”
