'6 ft tall Barbie': Kartik Aaryan catches the Barbenheimer fever, netizens react

Kartik Aaryan also seems to have caught the Barbie-Oppenheimer fever as the Bollywood heartthrob shared his video mashup titled ‘Barbenheimer fever.’ The Satyaprem ki Katha star shared a unified video of his multiple pre-existing songs unrelated to each other, with a Barbie song playing in the background.

Some of the reactions were too funny, including one by a fan saying: “6 feet tall Barbie.” Another fan wrote: “Male Barbie boy,” another said: “2 tickets for Barbie Aaryan plssss.” One also posted: ‘Kartik style Oppenheimer.” Other than the funny reactions, there were some positive comments praising the actor too. “Kartik Aaryan se pyaara Barbie humne nhi dekha aaj tak.”
Ryan Gosling and Margot Robbie starrer Barbie was released in theatres all across the world on July 21. Christopher Nolan's Oppenheimer was also released on the same date. The Day 1 collection of 'Barbie' and 'Oppenheimer' are out. According to a report in Sacnilk, Barbie opened with only Rs 5 crore on its first day while Christopher Nolan's biographical thriller 'Oppenheimer' reportedly minted Rs 13.50 crore in India.
Barbie starring Ariana Greenblatt, Kingsley Ben-Adir, and Emma Mackey is based on popular Barbie fashion dolls. On the other hand, Oppenheimer is based on the Pulitzer Prize–winning biography American Prometheus: The Triumph and Tragedy of J Robert Oppenheimer.
Meanwhile, earlier this week, it was announced that director Kabir Khan and actor Kartik Aaryan will come together for a film titled Chandu Champion. The film based on a real-life sportsperson will be produced by Sajid Nadiadwala and will release in cinemas for Eid on 14 June 2024.
Kartik has made a big name for himself in Bollywood over the years after making his acting debut with Luv Ranjan’s buddy film Pyaar Ka Punchnama (2011), co-starring Divyendu Sharma, Raayo S Bakhirta, and Nushrratt Bharuccha.
