120 Bahadur: Farhan Akhtar shares BTS photo from Ladakh shoot, fans cannot wait to see him back on the silver screen

One look at his previous works, one can be assured that his upcoming film will also be worth the wait and also worth its weight in gold. We are indeed talking about 120 Bahadur, a film which stars Farhan Akhtar and is based on the historic life of Maj Shaitan Singh PVC and also the soldiers of Charlie Company, 13 Kumaon Regiment.

Today, Farhan Akhtar took to social media and shared an extremely mind-blowing photograph which was clicked from the location, wherein he and his team was shooting for the film. After posting the pic, Farhan Akhtar took to the comments section and captioned it as, Crew at work. #bts #120Bahadur #EkSauBeesBahadur #ladakh’.

In no time, there was an array of messages and comments which made its way to the said post. While one user wrote, 'Looking forward to seeing you on the big screen again, can’t wait Paaji’, there was another user who wrote, ‘This is what I call professionalism. I am eagerly awaiting to see the film at any cost’.

There was another user who wrote, ‘Farhan Akhtar has never failed to show his ability to portray variable characters, be it intense drama or light-hearted comedy. Most of his performances underline naturalism and emotional depth. And, I am sure that even the upcoming film 120 bahadur will also be one of his most wonderful films’.

Looking back, Farhan Akhtar had taken to social media to announce about the film a few days back. On his part, he captioned the said post as, ‘What they accomplished will never be forgotten. It is an absolute privilege to bring you the story of Maj Shaitan Singh Bhati PVC and the soldiers of Charlie company, 13 Kumaon regiment.’.

He had added, ‘Famously known as the Battle of Rezang La, fought on the 18th of November 1962 during the Indo-China war, it is a story of remarkable courage, heroism and selflessness shown by our men in uniform against all odds’.

He had wrapped up his post with, ‘We are grateful to the Indian Army for their support in bringing this incredible tale of valour to the screen. We embark today to make this film in all humility and with utmost respect to those we represent.’

Besides the presence of Farhan Akhtar, the rest of the cast of 120 Bahadur have been kept strictly under the wraps. The film has been directed by Razneesh ‘Razy’ Ghai. Watch this space for further updates and developments.
