On the special release date launch event, the makers of Venkatesh Daggubati and Anil Ravipudi’s upcoming film Sankranthiki Vasthunam revealed the release date of the film.
Scheduled for a grand release on January 14, 2025, coinciding with Sankranthi 2025, the makers announced, "ENTERTAINMENT LOADED. FUN READY TO FIRE. The film will lock horns with Nandamuri Balakrishna's Daaku Maharaj on January 14, 2025.
The upcoming film marks the third collaboration between Telugu star Venkatesh and filmmaker Anil Ravipudi, following their successful comedy franchise entries F2: Fun and Frustration and F3: Fun and Frustration.

Earlier, the makers unveiled the first-look poster of the film. The movie features Venkatesh, Meenakshi Chaudhary, and Aishwarya Rajesh in key roles. Aishwarya Rajesh will portray Bagyalakshmi, the wife of Venkatesh’s character, while Meenakshi Chaudhary takes on the role of his ex-girlfriend and a cop.

In addition to the lead cast, the film also features Upendra Limaye, Rajendra Prasad, Sai Kumar, Naresh, VT Ganesh, Muralidhar Goud, Pammi Sai, Sai Srinivas, Anand Raj, Chaitanya Jonnalagadda, Mahesh Balaraj, Pradeep Kabra, and Chitti in pivotal roles.
Bankrolled by Dil Raju under Sri Venkateswara Creations, the film boasts music composed by Bheems Ceciroleo, with Sameer Reddy handling cinematography and Tammiraju managing the editing. AS Prakash serves as the production designer, while Adhinarayana co-wrote the screenplay. Action choreography is by V Venkat.
