Selfiee: Akshay Kumar & Emraan Hashmi welcome Nushrratt Bharuccha and Diana Penty onboard with a quirky video

Back in January this year, Bollywood’s Khiladi Akshay Kumar and actor Emraan Hashmi announced their first film together titled Selfiee . They shared the exciting news with a teaser, which featured Akshay in a black suit playing an instrument before Emraan joined him and the two broke into a quirky dance. Their contagious energy and bright smiles in the selfie left us quite intrigued to know more about the film, which is reportedly a remake of the 2019 Malayalam hit Driving License.

Helmed by Raj Mehta, who directed Akshay in Good Newwz, the film went on floors earlier this month. Well much to our delight, Akshay and Emraan took to their official social media handles today to introduce fans to their gorgeous co-stars Nushrratt Bharuccha and Diana Penty. In a super entertaining video shot in a car, the four actors are seen holding files which say ‘Selfiee’. Right then the title track begins to play. They throw the files and start grooving before coming together for a picture-perfect Selfie.

Selfiee marks Diana’s very first project with both Akshay and Emraan. However, the film is like a reunion for Nushrratt and Bollywood’s Khiladi, who are also working together in Abhishek Sharma’s upcoming action-adventure drama, Ram Setu . Co-starring Jacqueline Fernandez, the film is expected to hit theatres on Diwali this year.

Well, we are absolutely loving the stunning cast of Selfiee and can’t wait to see Akshay and Emraan shine on the big screen with their leading ladies Nushrratt and Diana.
