There are not many actors who enjoy doing multi-hero films because there is always a fear of being overshadowed by one’s co-star. But when two big superstars do come agree to together on the silver screen for a project, it is a treat for their millions of fans. Well, this is one reason why Vikram Vedha is one of the most awaited Bollywood films of the year! Saif Ali Khan and Hrithik Roshan , who worked together in Na Tum Jaano Na Hum, are reuniting on the big screen after 20 long years as a fearless cop and a dreaded gangster.
In a recent chat with Hindustan Times, Saif shared that he was both excited as well as nervous to work with Hrithik, but admitted that he knew it would be trouble. He explained, “I have seen his films and sometimes it is very difficult to look at anything else. There could be beautiful girls around him or a serene sunset on screen but you can’t stop looking at this man. You know what I am talking about. So, I thought I might be in a lot of trouble because people would wonder why he has done a film with Hrithik when everybody will just look at him.”
He went on to add that Hrithik is a brilliant actor and they had a fun time working together. Well, in the trailer, Saif looked badass as Vikram the righteous cop who sleeps peacefully even after encounters, because he hasn’t killed any innocent person. But Hrithik’s evil grin and portrayal of Vedha stole the show because it surpassed all expectations. We can’t wait to see Saif and Hrithik lock horns when Vikram Vedha arrives in theatres on 30th September!
