'Saare achee gaano ki asi taisi krdo': Netizens troll Vicky and Kiara's song Kyaa Baat Haii 2.0 from Govinda Naam Mera

The makers of Govinda Naam Mera have dropped yet another teaser of the groovy song Kyaa Baat Haii 2.0 featuring Vicky Kaushal and Kiara Advani . The song is a new rendition of Hardy Sandhu’s composition of Kya Baat Ay. The short clip shows Vicky and Kiara Advani’s sizzling chemistry on the dance floor in sensuous scenes. Sharing the teaser, Vicky wrote, “My love for Punjabi songs is now something I got a chance to dance to #KyaaBaatHaii 2.0.” The full song will be out tomorrow, i.e December 6 at 12:30 pm.

Soon after the song teaser dropped, the fans were thrilled to watch their favorites in sexy avatars grooving to a remix of the popular song. However, a section of people was upset to watch another example of the growing trend of remixes and recreations of old hit songs. While one user wrote, “Abe kuch to Naya krlo.....sb kch copy paste krne m lge ho....sirf hero heroine ki shakale hi alag hai.” Another commented, “Kyun karna hai songs nahi milrahe kya Mai like dedoon?? Earlier, the makers shared the catchy song Bijli Bijli sung by Neha Kakkar and Mika Singh which also featured Vicky and Kiara. The two danced their heart out along with a sea of background dancers. The song became an instant hit the moment it was released. Meanwhile, the upcoming film Govinda Naam Mera is a romantic comedy/thriller which also stars Bhumi Pednekar in the lead role. The masala entertainer revolves around Govinda Waghmare who finds himself in between his wife Mrs. Waghmare and his girlfriend amid a chaotic backdrop of laughter and thrill.Directed by Shashank Khaitan and produced by Karan Johar, the film is set for direct-to-OTT release on December 16 on Disney Plus Hotstar.
