Kottukkaali trailer
The intriguing trailer of the film begins with a melancholic visual of a rooster and Anna Ben as they both stare at each other. The glimpse then takes us to Soori’s character, who takes his family and Anna Ben to an exorcist, as the family believes that her silence is a sign of being possessed by a spirit. The introspective glimpse then shows various shots of the family’s conflicts that emerge amid the chaos around them.
Anna Ben doesn’t speak or have any dialogues. Soori, on the other hand, is seen speaking in a coarse tone. It is unclear if the change in his character's voice is due to an injury or if that's just how the character speaks, but it is interesting to note that all the characters have expressionless faces, appearing both exhausted and deeply worried about something. The rooster’s crowing plays an important part in elevating the emotions behind the story.

Overall, the trailer gives a glimpse into the world of Pandi and Meena’s life, and it looks like an intense watch, promising intriguing performances and an engaging storyline.
The trailer launch event of the film was held earlier on Tuesday at Satyam Cinemas in Chennai, graced by the lead actors Soori and Anna Ben, along with director P S Vinothraj and actor Sivakarthikeyan.
