Talking about the particular statement, John Abraham was quoted revealing to a leading publication saying, “I will never do a regional film. I am a Hindi film hero.” The Batla House actor said the same while rubbishing the rumors of him starring opposite Prabhas in Salaar.
John Abraham had added that, unlike his other Bollywood contemporaries, he cannot play the second lead in Telugu movies just to be a ‘part’ of the business. Well, it seems like the Madras Café actor has managed to anger the fans of Telugu cinema with these words. Apart from this, John spoke about the kind of projects, he is producing during his stint as a producer.
The actor spoke to India.com saying, “Most of the films that I am developing now… it all comes from here (points at the brain). Then I discuss with people like Lakshya who are very collaborative or I see with a youngster like Lakshya who comes up with five different ideas. That’s how collaborations work. But, it has to come from here.” Talking about Attack, the movie also stars Jacqueline Fernandez and Rakul Preet Singh in the lead roles.
