Janhvi Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao starrer Mr. And Mrs. Mahi's release date out, Karan Johar calls it 'all heart and more'

It seems like the audiences are in for a surprise when it comes to movies backed by Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions. While it was earlier reported that Sidharth Malhotra’s Yodha which was earlier supposed to be released on December 2023 is now being released on March 15, 2024, another Dharma film has got a new release date. Kjo took to his social media handle to announce the release date of Janhvi Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao’s Mr. And Mrs. Mahi.

Yes, you heard that right! Mr. And Mrs. Mahi is all set to be released on April 19, 2024. Karan shared a poster of the same which just shows the title of the movie with the tagline ‘No dream is ever chased alone.’ We see a cricket ball too hinting that the film is based on cricket. He captioned the same stating, “It’s all heart and more, that makes a magical story ‘pitch-er perfect’! #MrAndMrsMahi in cinemas on 19th April, 2024.” The film is directed by Sharan Sharma. Reportedly, the movie is based on two cricketers who fall in love with each other. The film was wrapped up in May earlier this year. Janhvi had penned a heartwarming note on the occasion that said, “2 years since I first picked up my bat. And now we’ve finally wrapped #MrandMrsMahi. I thought I’d wake up today feeling lighter and relieved because we all gave more to this film than we thought was even possible. But I feel kind of empty. Like a blank canvas. I feel like we’ve been to war and back, and I saw so many heroes in action.”

She had furthermore praised the entire crew of the movie saying, “@vikrant_yeligeti @abhisheknayar we would have been lost without you’ll.
