Indian 2 on OTT
Indian 2, the latest vigilante action drama starring Kamal Haasan, Siddharth, Samuthirakani, and SJ Suryah in lead roles, premiered on Netflix today.
The movie received negative reviews from audiences, who criticised the makers for not living up to the first installment, the 1996 blockbuster Indian. The negative reviews also affected the film’s business, as it failed to get a decent box office collection, leading to its commercial failure. Now, Kamal Haasan's sequel is available for streaming in multiple languages, including Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada.
Indian 2 has an ensemble cast that includes Kamal Haasan, Siddharth, SJ Suryah, Kajal Aggarwal, Rakul Preet Singh, Priya Bhavani Shankar, Gulshan Grover, Nedumudi Venu, Vivek, Samuthirakani, Bobby Simha, Guru Somasundaram, Delhi Ganesh, Jayaprakash, Manobala, Vennela Kishore, and Deepa Shankar, among others.

Indian 3 plot
While Indian 2 focuses on the present day and how corruption infiltrates society in today’s world, Indian 3, which was also announced earlier, is set to explore the historical context of and the origins of Senapathy's life during British-ruled India.
The film will delve deeper into the story of Veerasekaran Senapathy, the father of Senapathy, and look at the origins of his character. Kajal Aggarwal is set to play Dhakshayini, a warrior during the British Raj, who was Veerasekaran’s wife and Senapathy’s mother. While promoting Indian 2, Kamal Haasan said that he was more excited about Indian 3’s release. However, fans remain sceptical about how good Indian 3 will be, with many believing it could be yet another letdown like Indian 2.
