After mesmerizing the audience with his intriguing performance in Love Today, actor-director Pradeep Ranganathan is all set to make a swaggering appearance in his next film, Dragon. Directed by Oh My Kadavule fame director Ashwath Marimuthu, the makers of the upcoming film have now unveiled the first look poster.
Sharing the new poster, the makers wrote, "Konjam local ah!! #DragonFirstLook."

The poster features the actor in a local style, seated on top of a bus, wearing a checked shirt and lungi. Sporting a pair of black shades, he is seen smoking while the crowd below cheers. Interestingly, the label on the bus reads “Worstu Student,” indicating that Pradeep will entertain audiences as a rebellious and carefree college student in this film.
Anupama Parameswaran to to play the female lead in Dragon
As confirmed earlier, Malayalam actress Anupama Parameswaran has been paired opposite Pradeep in Dragon. Although the makers are yet to make an offcial announcement on the same, the news broke when a leaked clip from the set showed Anupama and Pradeep filming scenes together. It appears that the duo might play each other's love interests in the film.

Directed by Oh My Kadavule director Ashwath Marimuthu, the makers of Dragon had earlier released an announcement video featuring Pradeep Ranganathan in a college setting.
In the video, Pradeep shares that he and Ashwath had been dreaming of collaborating on a project since their college days. The actor-director duo were college buddies, and Pradeep revealed that their dream is finally coming true after 10 years, as they have now teamed up for Dragon.
The film is being produced by AGS Entertainments and is currently in production. A release date has yet to be announced.
