Jr NTR’s latest action drama Devara, which recently hit the big screens, has been witnessing overwhelming footfalls at theaters. Directed by Koratala Siva, the film opened to mixed reviews. However, it continues to rake in impressive numbers across all languages. Starring Jr NTR, Saif Ali Khan, and Janhvi Kapoor, here’s how much the film has earned on its second day of release:

According to industry tracker Sacnilk, Devara opened to strong numbers, earning approximately Rs 100 crore globally on its first day. On Day 2, the film brought in around Rs 40 crore, taking the domestic tally to Rs 122.5 crore. Language-wise, the film earned Rs 9.2 crore in its Hindi version, while the Telugu version has surpassed Rs 100 crore. The total global collections have now crossed Rs 250 crore, with the film aiming to comfortably enter the 300-crore club by the end of this weekend.
Despite lukewarm responses from critics and audiences alike, Devara continues its box office rampage. While it is collecting massive numbers in the Telugu states, the film has been witnessing an average performance in Tamil Nadu, where the Karthi-starrer Meiyazhagan is leading in both critical and box office success. Although Devara has struggled to connect with a majority of the audience, it is still performing well at the box office and is expected to be Tollywood’s next big blockbuster.

Directed by Koratala Siva, Devara marks Jr NTR’s first film in two years. The film has also managed to break the ‘Rajamouli Jinx’ with its impressive collections. The jinx, which affected actors like Jr NTR, Ram Charan, and Prabhas, who delivered hits in Rajamouli's films but struggled in their next, had fans worried about Devara after Jr NTR’s RRR success. However, Devara now seems poised to become another blockbuster in Jr NTR's filmography.
