The wait is over! After teasing audiences with several promos and captivating posters of Jr NTR and Janhvi Kapoor, the makers have finally unveiled the much-anticipated third song from their upcoming film Devara. Titled Daavudi, the makers took to their official social media handles to release the track, which is composed by Anirudh Ravichander.

Jr NTR and Janhvi Kapoor sizzle in Daavudi song
The peppy number features vocals by Nakash Aziz and Akasa, with lyrics penned by Ramajogayya Sastry. The new song showcases Janhvi and Jr NTR shaking a leg to some of the best fast-paced beats, and it’s everything fans have been waiting for! Jr NTR, once again proving himself to be one of the best dancers in the industry, brings back his vintage style in this song. Janhvi Kapoor, on the other hand, looks ethereal as she delivers an energetic dance performance alongside Jr NTR. Check out the new song here!
Jr NTR to play dual roles in Devara?
According to reports, it is speculated that the actor will be taking on two roles in the upcoming sea action drama. Earlier, the makers unveiled a poster featuring Jr NTR in two distinct looks, further fueling speculation about his dual roles. Rumor has it that Jr NTR will be playing both the father and the son in the film.
The first look and glimpse of Bhaira, played by Saif Ali Khan, also took the internet by storm. Fans are eagerly awaiting to witness the clash between Jr NTR’s father-son duo and Saif’s menacing character on the big screen.

All about Devara
Directed by Koratala Siva, the upcoming sea action-drama stars Jr NTR alongside Janhvi and Saif. The story revolves around a savior figure, played by Jr NTR, who is tasked with protecting ten coastal villages where a vast treasure is hidden. In addition to the lead cast, the film also features Prakash Raj, Srikanth, Shine Tom Chacko, Narain, Kalaiyarasan, Murali Sharma, and Abhimanyu Singh in supporting roles. Anirudh Ravichander has composed the original background score and soundtrack for the film.
Devara is slated to be released on September 27, 2024.
