Vishwambhara; Game Changer
Chiranjeevi’s upcoming socio-fantasy drama Vishwambhara, which was slated for a Sankranthi 2025 release, seems to have been pulled out from the festive season release next year. According to recent Telugu reports, the makers of the upcoming magnum opus are considering withdrawing from the Sankranti 2025 release, as Chiranjeevi has reportedly been down with Chikungunya for the past 30 days, leading to delays in the planned shooting schedules.
Vishwambhara out, Game Changer in!
On the other hand, the makers of Chiranjeevi’s son and superstar Ram Charan’s most anticipated film, Game Changer, which had been aiming for a December release this year, are considering pushing the release date further to Sankranthi in January 2025, fearing tight competition from other releases on Christmas 2024.
According to reports, Dil Raju, who is bankrolling S. Shankar and Ram Charan’s upcoming Game Changer, feels that the upcoming political action drama requires more time for its post-production work. Hence, there are high chances of Ram Charan’s film getting released during the Sankranthi-Pongal season in 2025. However, an official announcement on the same is awaited.
