'Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai?' : Pooja Bhatt gets brutally trolled for defending her kiss with father Mahesh Bhatt

Veteran actress-director Pooja Bhatt was recently seen in Bigg Boss OTT 2 and also emerged as one of the finalists of the show. In a recent chat with host Siddharth Kanan, she spoke about her infamous liplock picture with father Mahesh Bhatt on the cover page of a popular magazine. The picture to date remains highly controversial and often makes her and her father a subject of trolling.

The Sadak actress was heard saying in the interview that she does not regret kissing her father for the cover page of the magazine. Pooja Bhatt instead maintained that it was an innocent display of affection between a father and daughter. She criticized those who are degrading the relationship between a parent and a child. However, the actress was trolled brutally for defending the picture.

One of the netizens stated, “Itni innocent moment kisi beti ko apne baap k sath na mile” while another user mocked, “Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai?” A netizen added, “Pehle confirm kro ye alia Bhatt ki bhen h ya maa.” A user went on to say, “intellectual sound karke media ko masala do madam, logo ko aapke gyaaaaaan ki zarurat nhi.” A netizen said, “bhaii humme ankhon ki bhi sharam kyu aati h ..inlog har cheez ko itna normal kar re h bhaii ek line honi chahiye in every relationship chahe koi bhi hoo.” A user furthermore accused Mahesh Bhatt of making contestants of Bigg Boss OTT 2 uncomfortable during the family week. The comment said, “When your father is MAHESH BHAT , everything is wrong. He came to biggboss and made EVVVVVERYONE uncomfortable. His touching was weirddddd.”

Meanwhile, Pooja Bhatt also spoke about her other famous cover shoot where she had painted her body which accentuated her assets. The Dil Hai Ke Manta Nahi actress said that she was very confident about pulling off the bold photoshoot with ease. Apart from this, she called her niece Raha Kapoor the next beautiful girl and the star of the Bhatt family. For the unversed, Pooja had emerged as the fourth runner-up of Bigg Boss OTT 2.
