'What happened that they are back': Sushmita Sen and Rohman Shawl spark patch up rumours at Diwali party, netizens react

Aarya 3 star Sushmita Sen and her ex-boyfriend Rohman Shawl recently attended a Diwali party wherein they were seen holding hands. They also stood close to each other during the photo session which led to speculations that they are back together. While the two have not yet confirmed or denied the patch-up rumours, the netizens are already convinced that they are indeed in a relationship.

A paparazzi video from a Diwali party showed Sushmita and Rohman holding each other’s hands while walking together. The two also happily posed for the camera and giggled. While Sushmita wore a black saree with a piece of minimal jewellery, Rohman sported a white kurta-pyjama with a green blazer. As soon as the clip surfaced, netizens flooded the comment section with happy reactions.

A user wrote, “Oo ho officially back together again.” The second user commented, “Nice to see them back together.” The third user said, “They both cleared that they broke up. So now once again they back in the relationship or only friends?” For the unversed, Ex- IPL Chairman Lalit Modi earlier announced that he is in a relationship with Sushmita Sen, but the actress didn’t approve of the news. Taking a dig at Modi, a user reacted, “Lalit Modi ka cut gaya kya?” “Are lalit modi was officially announced and now this? Confusion,” added another user.

Earlier in 2021, Sushmita had announced that she and Rohman Shawl parted ways after three years of their relationship. She had posted a picture of herself and Rohman on social media and wrote, “We began as friends, we remain friends!!! The relationship was long over… the love remains!" The two had met after Rohman sent her a text on Instagram in 2018.

Meanwhile, workwise, Sushmita recently received a lot of appreciation for her powerful performance in Aarya Season 3. The actress was last seen in Taali in which she played the role of transgender activist Gauri Sawant.
