After the runaway success of the Akshay Kumar, Kareena Kapoor, Diljit Dosnajh and Kiara Advani starrer Good Newwz, just as when one expected a film’s sequel, filmmaker Karan Johar shocked and surprised everyone with the title of his next film as ‘Bad Newz!’. Thanks to the unique and quirky title, the film has been making news ever since the time it was announced.
Just as when the film seems to be making gradual progress, here comes a ‘good news’ (no pun intended!) for all the music lovers… As per a source-based report in Mid Day, it has now been said that, the film Bad Newz will see the singing debut of Karan Aujla, who happens to be one of the most promising singers and rappers in the music horizon of our country. The report stated that the song in question is a peppy dance number.
The latest update is that Vicky took to social media and announced the collaboration of the decade! After posting the teaser of the said track ‘Tauba Tauba’, Vicky captioned the same as, ‘#TaubaTauba...hum aa gaye! Our 1st SONG OUT TOMORROW! Those who have heard the music and the vocals of Karan Aujla (who is best known for his smash hit track Softly and others), will vouch for the fact that, given that it’s a peppy dance number, the singer will pull out all stops to ensure that it becomes the musical anthem of the nation! The same report stated that the said track will be unveiled before the release of the film itself.
As for the film Bad Newz, besides Vicky Kaushal, it also stars Triptii Dimri and Ammy Virk. As for the film’s premise, it is being rumoured that the character played by Triptii Dimri will land up discovering that she is pregnant with twins from two different fathers! And these two fathers are reportedly played by Vicky Kaushal and Ammy Virk.
While the film Bad Newz is being directed by Anand Tiwari, it has been produced by Karan Johar, Hiroo Yash Johar, Apoorva Mehta, Amritpal Singh Bindra and Anand Tiwari. The film is being readied to be released on July 19 all over.
