Shehnaaz Gill is garnering a lot of love and appreciation from fans even before the release of her upcoming film, Thank You For Coming. While the film is slated to have its theatrical release worldwide on October 6, 2023, it has received an overwhelming response at the 48th Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF). Fans thronged to the festival to click pictures and bestowed immense love on her, a glimpse of which the actress shared on social media. Alongside, she also penned a gratitude note for fans and said that she is lucky to have ‘this most loving family of fans around the world’.
Taking to Instagram, the Bigg Boss 13 fame actress shared a video offering a glimpse into her time spent in Toronto amid fans. She slayed in glamorous outfits while she posed with her co-stars Bhumi Pednekar, Kusha Kapila, Shibani Bedi, Dolly Singh and Anil Kapoor. She captioned the post as, “This pure love is beyond words, beyond anything in this world. I am so lucky that I have this most loving family of fans around the world. Your support is like my driving fuel & I promise to keep doing more and more interesting projects for you all!” Take a look at her post here:
A few hours ago, she also dropped another video wherein she is seen dancing to the song, Desi Wine from her upcoming movie. The clip features her in a pink ethnic outfit with her hair tied in a bun and no jewellery. Towards the end, she lost her balance and ended up falling on the floor. “Don’t miss the ending,” she captioned the video. Soon after, Bhumi commented, “This girl ❤️” while film producers Ektaa Kapoor and Rhea Kapoor dropped red heart emojis.” Check out the video here:
Meanwhile, Thank You For Coming is helmed by Rhea’s husband Karan Boolani and jointly backed by her and Ektaa. The film delves into the themes of female friendship, love, single women and the pursuit of sexual pleasure.
