‘Stole my style, watch me steal your fanbase’: Zeenat Aman comments as Janhvi Kapoor casts spell with ‘Laila O Laila’ look

Not only for acting, Janhvi Kapoor is also known for her stylish avatar. Be it reel or real life, Janhvi sets aside from her peers in terms of her looks and elegant dressing style. In the latest, Sridevi’s daughter could be seen donning a look by Zeenat Aman and even singing the line of her popular song Laila Main Laila.

Sharing the video on Instagram, Janhvi said, “Call me Gen Z-eenat #MadeToBeIconic.#Made to be iconic.” In the video, Janhvi is wearing a white dress with a fur stole and a matching string wrapped around her head. The Dhadak actor could also be seen clicking herself in the mirror and humming the line Laila Main Laila in her own elegant style. Boney Kapoor’s daughter also asked her fans to call her ‘Gen Z-eenat’.

Janvhi’s video was also well received by the fans and fellow Bollywood stars. “@thezeenataman, time to make the comeback! Let's show these kids how it’s done!”, actor Jackie Shroff commented. Fashion designer Manish Malhotra shared a heart emoji. Even glamorous Zeenat Aman commented, “Stole my style, watch me steal your fanbase.” Fans also showered praises on Janhvi. One of them wrote, “You look aesthetically beautiful.” The second said, “This reminds me of hawa hawai.”

It’s not the first time that Janhvi shared a picture which reminds people of yesteryear's actresses. Earlier, she had posted one photo looking at which fans compared her look to the late Smita Patil. “Miss having flowers in my hair and kohl in my eyes (weary face emoji) for now being covered in sunscreen, sweat and dust will have to do (melting face and bat emojis),” she had then captioned her photo. Meanwhile, workwise, Janhvi was last seen in Nitesh Tiwari’s Bawaal opposite Varun Dhawan. She will next be seen alongside Rajkummar Rao in Sharan Sharma’s Mr & Mrs Mahi.
