Television actress Hina Khan revealed that she is suffering from stage three breast cancer in June this year, after which she has been receiving a lot of support from her friends, family and fans. Now, her friend and actor Shaheer Sheikh has posted pictures with the actress and has penned a heartfelt note for her.

Taking to Instagram, Shaheer shared two pictures of himself with actress Hina Khan, dressed in a hospital suit, indicating that the picture was taken at a hospital. In his caption, Shaheer wrote that he has always seen Hina inspiring other people and seeing her resilience in this tough time makes him feel proud of her.

He wrote, “You are my cherished friend and I have always seen u inspire people around the world by doing the right thing but watching your grit and resilience in the last few months has made me feel so proud of you. You are fiery and fearless.”

He concluded his note saying, “Here’s to always finding sunshine and rainbows in the grey skies and always being in pursuit of that silver lining. #BFF #fearless.”

Responding to his note, Hina commented, “Always always always thr for me.”

Television actress Shraddha Arya also extended her support to Hina and wrote, “We’re all wishing you an easy and early recovery @realhinakhan,” while actress Aparna Dixit commented with multiple red heart emojis.

Hina Khan’s cancer diagnosis

Hina Khan was diagnosed with stage three breast cancer in June this year. Announcing the news of her diagnosis, Hina penned a note on social media asking for respect and privacy during these tough times.

The actress has been sharing her health updates ever since the diagnosis. Hina shared a video of herself cutting her hair short and even shared a video of herself attending an award function in her full glam avatar, after knowing about her cancer diagnosis. Speaking about the day, Hina wrote, “This was the day that changed everything, it marked the beginning of one of the most challenging phases of my life.”
