Sean “Diddy” Combs faces fresh allegations of sexual assault, this time from a former employee in a recent lawsuit. On Monday, Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones, a former producer and videographer for the music mogul, filed a lawsuit in New York federal court, accusing Combs of sexual harassment, drugging, and threats over a span of more than a year.
Jones is pursuing $30 million in damages. According to court documents, Jones produced nine songs on Combs' recent Love album between September 2022 and November 2023.

Former Employee's Claims Against Sean 'Diddy' Combs"
During his time working on the project, the former employee stated that he resided with the Bad Boy founder in different U.S. cities and accompanied Combs on vacations abroad. Jones alleges that throughout this period, he encountered and endured experiences that extended beyond his duties as a producer on the Love album.
Jones claims that as a videographer, he was obligated to consistently record the artist. Consequently, Mr. Jones has amassed hundreds of hours of footage and audio recordings of Mr. Combs, his staff, and his guests engaging in serious illegal activity, according to the court document.
Explosive Allegations
In his lawsuit, Jones further alleges that Combs showed him a recording of American DJ, record producer, and television personality Stevie J engaged in anal intercourse with a man. Jones also claims to have footage of Mr. Combs providing laced alcoholic beverages to minors and sex workers at his homes in California, New York, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and Florida, in addition to the alleged use of various drugs.
Shawn Holley, Combs' lawyer, stated to People that Lil Rod is merely a liar who shamelessly filed a $30 million lawsuit in search of an undeserved payday. Holley dismissed Lil Rod's reckless claims of events that are purely fictional and did not occur as a transparent effort to generate headlines.
A representative for Justin Combs informed TMZ that Justin Combs vehemently denies these baseless allegations. They assert that the accusations are entirely fabricated and untrue. They see this as a desperate attempt by someone in dire straits to seek financial gain.
