Rashmika Mandanna's latest comment on Vijay Deverakonda might just confirm that they are dating

Rashmika Mandanna and Vijay Deverakonda have been rumoured to be dating each other for quite some time now. Recently they were speculated to have been on vacation in the Maldives together. But the two have maintained that they are good friends and share a close bond. Recently, Rashmika added fuel to the fire when she gave a special tag to Vijay in a recent media interaction.

While Rashmika is fondly known as the national crush, when asked who she thinks is a male national crush, she took no time to take Vijay’s name. She said, “ Oh I think Vijay already has. I have read something somewhere, so Vijay Deverakonda is,” she told BollywoodLife. Earlier, when asked about her being linked with Vijay, she found it cute rather. She revealed that they have a lot of common friends and a separate gang in Hyderabad. “It's so cute when the whole world is like 'Rashmika and Vijay, that's cute, “ she was quoted as saying. Well, neither of the two has made it clear that they are dating but their gestures speak volumes about their bond.

Rashmika and Vijay have worked together in Geetha Govindam (2018) and Dear Comrade (2019). Their chemistry was so much loved by their fans that began shipping for them. Earlier, Vijay too addressed the rumors of him dating Rashmika and said, “We have done 2 films together and she is a darling. I’m very fond of her. She is a very good friend of mine and we share so much through films like lots of highs and lots of lows. A bond gets created. In films, you are put into close proximity very quickly and so bond develops quicker.”

On the professional front, Rashmika made her Bollywood debut with Goodbye alongside Amitabh Bachchan, Neena Gupta, and Sunil Grover. Up next, she will be seen in Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s Animal opposite Ranbir Kapoor. On the other hand, Vijay will next be seen with Samantha Ruth Prabhu in Thalapathy 67.
