One major reason why fans knew Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor were in a serious relationship, even though they never talked about it in interviews while dating, was that they always joined one another for family get-togethers. Before tying the knot, Alia had already become an important member of the Kapoor Khaandaan while Ranbir also bonded well with the Bhatts. Well, last night the husband and wife reached Alia’s filmmaker father Mahesh Bhatt ’s house to celebrate his birthday with the entire family.

Much to our delight, Alia’s mother and actress Soni Razdan has now shared the sweetest family photo from her husband’s birthday bash on social media. Ranbir and Alia are twinning in black with the birthday boy in this precious picture, which also features his daughters Pooja Bhatt and Shaheen Bhatt, Kunal Kapoor, Tina Razdan and his son Rahul Bhatt. In the caption below, Soni penned a short and sweet message which read: “It’s all in the family💝💝💝.” Ranbir’s mother Neetu Kapoor was amongst the first to drop a heart emoji in the comment section below. Aww!

After 5 years of dating, Ranbir and Alia tied the nuptial knot in April this year on the balcony of their Bandra house, in the presence of their family and close friends. It has been an extra special year for the love birds because their first ever film together, titled Brahmastra, also released in theatres this month after a long delay. The two are now gearing up to welcome their first baby into the world and will soon reunite on the silver screen again for parts 2 and 3 of Ayan Mukerji’s Brahmastra.
