They started dating while they were filming for the movie Pagalpanti, and their bond has deepened ever since. They have worked on a couple of other films like Veerey Ki Wedding and Taish. Prior to this, Pulkit was married to Shweta Rohira, but their marriage ended after 11 months.

On Valentine’s Day, the couple had delighted fans with beautiful pictures from their romantic getaway. But it was their captions that sparked excitement among fans, hinting at marriage. The pictures showcased Pulkit and Kriti sharing an intimate moment aboard a boat in a picturesque location, with Pulkit's caption "I do" sending the internet in a frenzy.

On March 16, the couple took to social media to make an official announcement.
