The actress never forgets to celebrate her homeland’s festivals despite being abroad for quite some time now. Even her singer-husband happily participates in every celebration. On Wednesday, the actress enjoyed the festival of colours, Holi with the same joy and energy as she played the last year. But this time it became extra special as she was joined by her The Hero: Love Story of a Spy co-star Preity Zinta in the celebration.
Taking to her Instagram stories, Priyanka gave a sneak peek into her Holi celebrations with a fun picture. In the photo, she could be seen screaming as her husband runs behind to cover her in colour. “Happy Holi to all celebrating! As you can tell we take it very seriously,” she captioned the post and added a laughing emoji at the end. On the other hand, Preity shared a group picture from the Holi celebration in Los Angeles, California. In the first photo, she could be seen posing with her husband Gene Goodenough. While in another photo, she posed for a group selfie with Priyanka Chopra, her husband Nick, and other friends all covered in colours. Take a look:
Besides sharing a glimpse into her Holi celebration, Priyanka expressed grief about veteran actor Satish Kaushik’s sudden demise due to a heart attack on March 9. “Om Shanti sir, Papa and you will be talking and laughing as you always did. You will be very missed. Thank you for bringing so much laughter into our lives. Sending love, prayer, and strength to the family,” she wrote on her Instagram stories. Meanwhile, workwise, Priyanka will next be seen in Farhan Akhtar’s Jee Le Zaraa alongside Alia Bhatt and Katrina Kaif. While in Hollywood, she will be seen in web series Citadel.
