Prabhas took the opportunity to express his deep gratitude to legendary actors Kamal Haasan and Amitabh Bachchan for agreeing to be part of Kalki 2898 AD. He called himself "very lucky" to be sharing screen space with two iconic actors who serve as inspirations for millions of people across generations.

Prabhas claimed Amitabh Bachchan is the only movie star from the Hindi film industry to enjoy a massive fan following across all age groups. He recounted an anecdote about being amazed by Kamal Haasan's performance in Sagara Sangamam. "After watching that film, I asked for the same kind of dress. And now I have the opportunity to work with these legends in this movie," he said with a sense of astonishment.
He also thanked Deepika Padukone and praised her as an international star. Deepika, who is expecting her first child with Ranveer Singh, plays the female lead in the sci-fi movie.
Director Nag Ashwin wrote and directed Kalki 2898 AD, drawing inspiration from India's rich mythology. Touted as one of India's most expensive films, it has been in the making for a while now.
The filmmakers recently revealed a new sneak peek, showcasing Bhairava's relationship with his robot car, Bujji. The robot is super smart and extremely funny. Keerthy Suresh has provided the voice for Bujji.
Kalki 2898 AD is set to hit the screens on June 27.
