It has been more than four years since Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput breathed his last, but memories of him are still etched in the memories of his colleagues and fans. Now, Sushant’s Shuddh Desi Romance co-star Parineeti Chopra remembered the actor by sharing a reel featuring stills of their film, saying that they had a lot of fun shooting this one.

Taking to Instagram, Parineeti Chopra shared a reel which featured stills of her film Shuddh Desi Romance that also starred late actor Sushant Singh Rajput. Along with the reel, Parineeti wrote, “Love this! Miss you Sushant. What fun we had on this one.”
Parineeti and Sushant marked their first on-screen appearance in 2013 with the film Shuddh Desi Romance that also starred Vaani Kapoor and Rishi Kapoor, among others. The film is a romantic comedy drama, directed by Maneesh Sharma and produced by Aditya Chopra under his banner Yash Raj Films. Set in Jaipur, the film explores modern relationships and love marriages in small towns. Sushant played the role of Raghu in the film who falls in love with Gayatri (Parineeti).
Life and death of Sushant Singh Rajput
Sushant made his debut in a leading role with the television series Pavitra Rishta which also starred actress Ankita Lokhande. The two started dating during the shooting of the show but parted ways after a few years of relationship.
Sushant marked his Bollywood debut with the drama film Kai Po Che! Shuddh Desi Romance was his second film, but it did not perform well at the box office. Later he starred in memorable films like PK, M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story, Kedarnath, Sonchiriya and Chhichhore. He last appeared in a romantic drama film titled Dil Bechara alongside actress Sanjana Sanghi. The film was a remake of the Hollywood film The Fault in Our Stars which was based on the book of the same name. Sushant Singh Rajput passed away in his apartment in Mumbai in June 2020 and the news shocked the nation. The actor was found hanging and the cause of death was asphyxia due to hanging.
