'Never gets old': Kareena Kapoor Khan pays tribute to Jab We Met as it gets re-released for Valentine's Week, watch

Kareena Kapoor Khan went down memory lane and paid tribute to her cult classic 2007 romantic comedy Jab We Met. For the unversed, the movie has been re-released into the theatres on the occasion of Valentine’s Week. The movie was not only a huge blockbuster but also gave the actress one of her most iconic roles ie Geet.

Talking about the same, Kareena shared a video that has some of her iconic dialogues from the movie. Right from the train sequence to her chasing Shahid Kapoor’s Aditya to the unforgettable abuse scene, the video will leave every Jab We Met fan out there crying happy tears. Her chemistry with her ex-beau Shahid remains adored in the movie. We all had ourselves manifesting to meet a stranger on a train journey who turns our lives upside down albeit in a good way after watching the film. She captioned the same stating, “Never gets old… by god. #ValentinesFilmFestival.” Take a look at the video.

Karisma Kapoor dropped a sweet comment for her sister. She wrote, “my cutie” along with some red heart emojis. Celebs like Tahira Kashyap and Rhea Kapoor also poured in some love to the post. The fans were also overjoyed to see the actress reminiscing about the iconic film. One of the fans wrote, “Best romcom ever! The movie was helmed by Imtiaz Ali. The plot revolves around two strangers Aditya (Shahid Kapoor) and Geet (Kareena Kapoor Khan) meeting on a train and how their lives change forever from there. Fans still vibe to the songs and dialogues of the adored rom-com.
