A day after it was revealed that My Name is Khan actor Parvin Dabas had been admitted into an ICU after suffering a road accident, it is now reported that he is stable and is talking to his family. The co-founder of the Pro Panja League continues to receive medical care in Mumbai.
Pravin Dabas is in stable condition
According to a report by Zoom, actor Parvin Dabas suffered no head injuries and no external bleeding but he is receiving medical care with doctors examining his health based on MRI, sonography, and X-rays.
Earlier, Pravin’s wife Preeti Jhangiani told PTI that the actor had been admitted into an ICU in Holy Family Hospital, Bandra after meeting with a serious car accident on September 21. The statement said, “We regret to inform that Parvin Dabas, co-founder of the Pro Panja League, has been hospitalized and is in the ICU at Holy Family Hospital Bandra following an unfortunate car accident in the early hours of Saturday morning.”
The report also revealed that the actor complained of suffering from acute backache and knee pain after he was hospitalized.
Pravin and Preeti’s acting projects
Preeti and Parvin tied the knot in 2008 and have two sons together named Jaiveer and Dev. On the professional front, Pravin was featured in Khosla Ka Ghosla starring Anupam Kher and Boman Irani. Directed by Dibakar Banerjee, the film was produced by Savita Raj Hiremath and Ronnie Screwvala. He has also starred in projects like featured in Tahira Kashyap's Sharmajee Ki Beti, Made in Heaven Season 2, Hostages, and Sarabhai vs Sarabhai, Khosla Ka Ghosla, Monsoon Wedding, Maine Gandhi Ko Nahin Mara, and My Name Is Khan.
Meanwhile, Preeti rose to national acclaim after featuring in Aditya Chopra-directed Mohabbatein in 2000. The actress was cast alongside actor Jimmy Shergill. The film also starred actors like Shah Rukh Khan, Jugal Hansraj, Shamita Shetty, Uday Chopra, and Kim Sharma. She also appeared in films like Awara Paagal Deewana (2002), LOC Kargil (2003), and Aan: Men at Work (2004).
