Following the success of the Telugu film Tillu Square, actress Anupama Parameswaran has signed some exciting projects, one of which is AR Jeeva's directorial thriller Lockdown. The makers of the film have now announced that the film will hit the big screens in June. Although the release date is yet to be finalised, fans of the actress can look forward to watching the upcoming film next month.

“Mark your calendars! 'LOCKDOWN' is releasing in cinemas this JUNE. Get ready to unlock the gripping tale of emotions!” the makers wrote, promising a gripping and intriguing thriller ahead. The makers also shared an interesting poster of the leading star, Anupama, who is seen lying on the floor in what appears to be a prison cell. Earlier, the makers had unveiled the first-look poster of the actress from the film, which featured Anupama crying out for help. With little-to-no makeup, the actress is all set to play an intense role, unlike her last film, Tillu Square, which saw her playing a glamorous role.
The posters released so far hint that the character might have been held captive by someone and that the movie might revolve around how she escapes from the trap. Nonetheless, the intriguing poster has evoked a lot of curiosity among fans, who cannot wait to watch the gripping thriller in June at their nearest cinemas.

Anupama Parameswaran, who is primarily known for her work in Tollywood, is gearing up to play the lead in this new Tamil film. This project is produced by Lyca Productions and is directed by newcomer AR Jeeva. The rest of the cast has not been revealed yet. On the technical front, NR Ragunathan and Siddharth Vipin are composing the music, and KA Sakthivel is handling the cinematography. The movie is both written and directed by AR Jeeva, with more details and updates expected to be released soon.
