Kangana Ranaut REVEALS the reason behind her not working with Akshay Kumar, Ranbir Kapoor and likes

Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut has always been someone who is known for her no-nonsense attitude and her undeniable trait of calling a spade a spade without batting an eyelid. Almost every interview of hers turns out to be a benchmark revelation in itself.

Her latest interview with the Youtuber Raj Shamani was no different. In the said podcast, the fiery and feisty Kangana Ranaut went on to reveal the reason why she had not worked with the Khans, Kapoors and the Kumars. She revealed that she had turned down many offers of the films which starred Ranbir Kapoor and Akshay Kumar as the leading men!

Kangana said (read ‘admitted’) that it was a conscious decision not to work with the Khans, Kumar and Kapoors. And when asked about the reason for the same, the Emergency actress made absolutely no qualms un saying that, it was her way to set an example that the heroines (read ‘actresses’) can make a mark in Bollywood without doing films with Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Aamir Khan, Akshay Kumar, and Ranbir Kapoor.

In the same breath, she said that, the films which had the aforementioned names / stars, generally follow a pattern of having a template where the female folks were reduced to a few scenes and a handful of songs, which was something that she did not want to play.

The same podcast also saw Kangana making a shocking revelation by saying that she refused all the Khan-led films. In the same breath, she clarified that all the Khans were very nice and kind to her and had never misbehaved with her. She cited the aforementioned aspect as the reason for not doing any film which had the aforementioned names as the leading man.

On the professional front, Kananga Ranaut will now be seen in the most talked about film Emergency, which will see her in the role of the late Indira Gandhi. In addition to that, Kangana Ranaut also happens to be the one directing the film.

Besides Kananga Ranaut, the film also stars Anupam Kher, Shreyas Talpade, Mahima Chaudhry, Milind Soman and (the late) Satish Kaushik. While the film has been directed by Kangana Ranaut, it is being produced by Kangana Ranaut and Renu Pitti.
