With just a couple of days left for the release of the film Jigra, the buzz about the film is increasing with each passing day. The Alia Bhatt, Vedang Raina starrer seems to be making the right kind of waves in the trade circles.
Today, Karan Johar, who happens to be one of the producers of the film, took to social media and posted a super gripping trailer of the film. The film starts with the tagline, ‘waqt kam hai’ and a chair that seems to be like the one used for electrocution of the criminals. This is followed by a series of events that mirrors Alia Bhatt’s incessant attempts to save her on screen brother (played by Vedang Raina).
There were many netizens who took to the comments section and appreciated the film’s new trailer. One netizen wrote, ‘This is what Alia Bhatt is made up of. Ufff! Just look at her. Jigra has been directed by Vasan Bala and its gripping screenplay has been written by Vasan along with Debashish Irengbam. The film Jigra, which is being presented by Viacom18 Studios, Dharma Productions, and Eternal Sunshine Productions, is being produced by Karan Johar, Apoorva Mehta, Alia Bhatt, Shaheen Bhatt, and Somen Mishra. The film is now all set to be released on October 11, 2024.
