Amid dating rumours, actors Tamannaah Bhatia and Vijay Varma made an appearance at Elle Awards show in Mumbai. The two not only posed together for the camera but were also seen holding hands. Adding fuel to the rumours, the two hugged each other and were also seen sitting together for photo-ops with fans. As soon as their video went online, their fans went weak in the knees with their PDA.

While Tamannaah arrived in a blue cut-out dress, Vijay opted for a casual look in a hoodie paired with baggy jeans. Reacting to their video, one of the netizens wrote, “Great couple”, and another user stated, “They make a nice couple”. However, some of the social media users also trolled the couple. Tamannaah and Vijay’s dating rumours started after a video of them supposedly kissing on New Year’s eve went viral on social media. In the fan-shared video, the two could be seen getting cozy in the background as spotted by a fan at a New Year party in Goa. However, neither Tamannaah nor Vijay has reacted to the ongoing speculations about their relationship yet. Well, a recent report suggests that the two have indeed hit it off instantly and are special friends. “It is in a casual space and not very serious. They clearly enjoy each other's company a lot and that is where it is as of now,” a source told India Today.

Meanwhile, Tamannaah and Vijay will be seen together in the upcoming anthology Lust Stories 2 directed by Sujoy Ghosh. Besides it, Tamannaah was last seen in Plan A Plan B, and Babli Bouncer recently. On the other hand, Vijay featured in Darlings co-starring Alia Bhatt and Shefali Shah. He will next be seen in Devotion of Suspect X co-starring Kareena Kapoor Khan and Jaideep Ahlawat.
