Bollywood actor Nushrratt Bharuccha recently found herself amid the violence in Israel after the Hamas attack. She was in Israel to take part in the 39th Haifa International Film Festival where her film Akelli was selected for screening. She was stranded since Saturday but returned safely to India on Sunday. Amid all this, a video has now gone viral which features Nushrratt singing a Bollywood song with her Akelli co-star Tsahi Halevi at an event before the Israel-Palestine war.
In the clip, Nushrratt could be seen happily singing Kishore Kumar’s song Yaara Teri Yaari Ko along with Tsahi, while the audience cheered for them. The event was reportedly before hostilities intensified in Israel. Following the attack, a member of the actor's team confirmed that she was taking refuge in a basement, however, the communication was then lost.
