Ira Khan's husband Nupur Shikhare breaks down while reading his wedding vows in this emotional video, watch

Aamir Khan’s daughter Ira Khan married her longtime boyfriend Nupur Shikhare in an intimate but fairytale ceremony in Udaipur earlier this month. Now, Ira took to her social media handle to share a dreamy and emotional video that shows a glimpse of their Christian wedding. The video will surely leave you chopping onions since the couple can be seen getting sentimental while reading their wedding vows.

Talking about the same, the video shows Ira being walked down the aisle by her parents Aamir and Reena Dutta. She and Nupur exchange flying kisses during the same. We see Ira’s cousin and actress Zayn Marie officiate the wedding. Nupur breaks down while reading his wedding vows to his lovely wife. He says falling in love with Ira was never in his control but marrying her is the best decision of his life. On the other hand, Ira says that her husband is the definition of ‘safe’ for her. Nupur promises to hold her and kiss her until the end of time till they have dentures which also generates some laughter from the crowd. At the end of the video, we see Ira and Nupur dancing with their family members. The part is extremely wholesome to watch and we also see Aamir breaking down a couple of times. The 3 Idiots actor also dances with Ira’s mother-in-law in the same. Their friends gathered on the occasion can also be seen getting teary-eyed a couple of times.

Ira captioned the video stating, “This is only a teaser but neither Ethereal nor us could wait. We wanted to celebrate in the mountains, with the people we love. And we did. It was stunning when we were there but we didn’t realise we were getting married in Rivendell (@nupur_popeye now we have to watch the third Lord of the Rings) It is difficult to put all the love and feelings of that day into words. Thankfully, we have this video instead.”
