Janhvi Kapoor often gets clicked in the city by the paparazzi but on Friday, she really got scared of them. A video has surfaced on the internet wherein she can be seen stepping out of her car. Janhvi was recently seen in Nitesh Tiwari’s Bawaal alongside Varun Dhawan. The movie stirred controversy for allegedly trivializing the sufferings of victims in the Holocaust with the Auschwitz scene.Addressing the controversy, Janhvi had said that it’s important to understand the intention. “I know someone, he’s a professor at an Ivy League university, and he’s an Israeli. He had ancestors that unfortunately did not survive the Holocaust. He saw the film, and was very moved by it. He understood everything that we set out to do with the film, and never once in the conversation did he even allude to being offended by anything. So, I think it depends on people’s views. But the intention has always been pure, and always to acknowledge the turmoil, the devastation and the monstrosity of what happened then.” she had told Pinkvilla.
Meanwhile, Janhvi is all set to make her Telugu debut with Devara which stars Jr NTR in the lead.
