Gone too soon. Those are the first words that come to mind when we think of Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput, a beloved celebrity who left us way too soon. Well, he isn’t amongst us today but the late actor continues to live on in our memories and hearts thanks to his memorable performances. May it be as Manav Deshmukh from Pavitra Rishta or the ambitious and dreamy eyed Ishaan Bhatt of Kai Po Che! And today on his birth anniversary, when he would have turned 38, Sushant’s fans are showering their love all over social media.
Remembering her late boyfriend, actress Rhea Chakraborty took to her official Instagram handle to share a picture of Sushant with a heart emoji. Even her brother Showik Chakraborty shared an old picture with the actor. But the heart wrenching post that tugged at our heartstrings was a note written by Sushant’s sister Shweta Singh Kirti. Along with a slideshow of some of his happiest moments, Shweta wrote: “Happy Birthday to My Sona Sa Bhai. Love you forever….infinity to the power infinity.”
She went on to share, “Hope you live in million hearts and motivate them to do and be good. May your legacy be the millions you have inspired to be God-like and generous. May everyone understand that Godward is the only way forward and make you proud. 3…2….1 Happy birthday our guiding star, May you always shine and show us the path. #happybirthdaysushantsinghrajput Sushant Day #sushantmoon.” It truly fills our heart with love to see Sushant and his contagious smile again.
In 2020, at the age of 34, Sushant bid the world adieu. His last film Chhichhore won the National Award and even after he passed away, he shined one last time on screen in his film Dil Bechara, which released posthumously.
