Fighter, Pushpa 2: Here are the most anticipated films to look forward to in 2024

2023 has been a fruitful year for Indian cinema. Many films not only turned out to be critically acclaimed but also humongous thunderstorms at the box office. Well, 2024 might also prove to be an enriching year for the movies since some anticipated films have already got us all pumped up. Take a look at some of these much-awaited films from the next year.

Fighter

This Hrithik Roshan starrer ariel actioner has already excited fans with its first look and posters. The movie also stars Deepika Padukone. Some are even touting it to be Bollywood’s version of Top Gun.

Kalki 2898 AD

This science fiction dystopian film stars Prabhas in the lead role. It also stars an ensemble star cast consisting of Deepika Padukone, Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan, and Disha Patani. There are also some comparisons being made with the Hollywood movie Dune.

Pushpa 2

All Allu Arjun fans are just counting the months to the sequel of his blockbuster movie Pushpa: The Rise. He along with Rashmika Mandanna will be reprising their roles in the film. It will also star Fahadh Faasil in the lead role.

Merry Christmas

Fans are excited to see the combination of Katrina Kaif and Vijay Sethupathi onscreen for the first time. The movie was supposed to be released this year but has been postponed to January 12, 2024. The movie has been directed by Sriram Raghavan.

Indian 2

Kamal Haasan returns as Veerasekaran Senapathy in this gripping vigilante action flick. The movie has been directed by S Shankar. It will also star Lady Superstar Nayanthara in the lead role.

Singham Again

 The fans of the Rohit Shetty cop universe are waiting with bated breath for this one. Ajay Devgn returns as the fiery Bajirao Singham. Along with cameos from Ranveer Singh and Akshay Kumar, it will also star Kareena Kapoor Khan, Deepika Padukone, and Tiger Shroff in the lead roles.
