Chris Evans reveals delightful details about his wedding with Alba Baptista: 'We had two ceremonies'

Chris Evans has finally spoken about his wedding to Alba Baptista. The Captain America star broke his silence regarding his big day at the New York City Comic Con. Fans who clicked pictures with him enthusiastically also spotted him wearing his wedding band.

In the event, Chris said, “ I got married. It was really, really great. We kinda had two ceremonies. We had one on the East Coast. We did one in Portugal. My wife’s Portuguese. Yeah, go Portugal. The Gray Man actor added that now that the hustle-bustle surrounding their wedding is done, they are focusing on enjoying their life. He said, “They were wonderful and beautiful. It’s a lot planning a wedding. For those you who are married, it takes a lot out of you. Now that we’re through that, we’ve just kinda been enjoying life, gearing up for autumn, my favorite season. It’s, like, the best time of year right now. Now we’re just relaxing and enjoying life and reflecting.”

His wedding was attended by his Avengers co-stars like Robert Downey Jr., Scarlett Johansson, Chris Hemsworth etc. Chris and Alba had sparked dating rumors back in November 2022. They had made their relationship official with a social media post that had literally broken the internet and also broken the hearts of his fan-girls. But despite the excessive buzz surrounding their relationship, they were careful to not be seen too much together. Chris and Alba spent a lot of time at his Massachusetts home during their early courtship days.

They are currently residing in Boston, Massachusetts. Recently, Evans was also in the news for deleting his social media accounts. The action led his fans into a frenzy and some were quite worried. But the actor ensured that there was nothing massive behind the same. He wanted to reportedly go off social media and focus on his personal life.
