Cannes 2022: Tamannaah Bhatia takes blessings of fashion icon Audrey Hepburn before rocking the red carpet; Watch

Actor Tamannaah Bhatia graced the red carpet of the 75th Cannes film festival in an exquisite black gown with a sheer cape. However, before slaying the red carpet, she took blessings from late British actress and fashion icon Audrey Hepburn.

A video is doing rounds on the internet wherein the Baahubali actress can be seen joining hands in front of the Audrey’s portrait in her dressing room. Before heading for the event, she can be heard saying, “Audrey Hepburn ji mai red carpet walk karne jaa rahi hu, woh bhi Cannes me apke ashirwad se”("Audrey Hepburn, I am going to walk the red carpet, that too at Cannes with your blessings). Tamannaah was all decked up for her second-day red carpet look. She dished out major superwoman vibes in her sequined black gown with a dramatic cape. She completed her look with hair tied in a neat bun and glittering earrings. Reportedly, she was attending the premiere of Tom Cruise and Jennifer Connelly's Top Gun: Maverick.

On her first-day red carpet look, Tamannaah sported a dramatic black and white gown with a halter neck and trail styled by Shaleena Nathani. The actress accessorized her look with diamond earrings and did a dramatic eye-makeup. Take a look:

On the work front, she recently finished shooting for Madhur Bhandarkar's Babli Bouncer. The film features her in the role of a female bouncer. Announcing its wrap on Instagram, the actress wrote,” Babli Bouncer for me is not just a film but an experience of a lifetime which I’ll cherish forever. This film started off with an extremely well written and author backed character, which had everything that would be the right kind of meat for an actor to go all the way and give everything that they have, to create a world and character which could make way into the hearts of audience, and that’s exactly what I tried to do with the character of Babli.”

Besides it, she also has Netflix 's Plan A Plan B, Amazon Prime's Jee Karda, Telugu drama Gurthunda Seethakalam, F3, and Bhola Shankar with Chiranjeevi.
