Can Salaar be a game-changer for Prabhas after Adipurush's failure? Here are five key reasons

After the failure of Adipurush, Prabhas is geared up for his next Salaar. The much-awaited teaser of Prashant Neel’s directorial has been released and the audience’s expectations have increased manifold. After the back-to-back failure of his three films Saaho, Radhe Shyam and Adipurush, can Salaar redeem Prabhas at the box office? Here, we have put out five reasons why Salaar may turn out to be a game-changer for Prabhas.

Prashant Neel: Director Prashanth Neel has delivered box office blockbusters KGF and KGF 2. And Prabhas’ Salaar is also helmed by the maverick director. As the teaser dropped, the fans were reminded of the same world that Prashanth created in the KGF movie, thereby hinting at another blockbuster in the block.

Prithviraj Sukumaran: Apart from Prabhas, there is another strong actor in the film and that is Prithviraj Sukumaran, whose glimpse has also been seen in the teaser. Although he will be seen as an antagonist in the first part, there is a theory that he will become a friend of Prabhas and then both will fight the main villain together. However, the main villain has not yet been revealed by the makers. It is expected that the major reveal will happen in the second part.

Film in two parts: Generally, if the makers have ideated a movie in two parts beforehand, then it is sure that the film has the potential of becoming a tremendous hit. And what we see, Salaar will be released in two parts, making it a much-anticipated release in Prabhas’ filmography. Movies like KGF and Bahubali are the best examples of this.

Prabhas in action: Fans were keen to see Prabhas in action avatar. And going by the teaser, the actor seems to have left no stone unturned to amaze the audience. In his previous films, the makers have apparently not utilised his potential fully in the action genre.
