Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s Animal showcased the never-before-seen, ruthless avatar of Ranbir Kapoor on screen. The actor was lauded for his powerful performance in this chaotic tale of family rivalry. The climax of the film shows that the antagonist Aziz has undergone plastic surgery to look like Ranvijay (Ranbir). Reminiscing about the climax of the film, hairstylist Aalim Hakim recently penned a note for the actor, praising his dedication towards his craft and lauded the genius of director Sandeep Reddy Vanga who brought out the best in his team.
Aalim Hakim’s emotional note for Ranbir Kapoor’s look as Aziz
Taking to Instagram, Aalim shared three pictures of Ranbir sitting in a chair, drenched in blood and smoking a cigarette. Appreciating the emotion in Ranbir’s eyes, Aalim also revealed that the pictures were taken after the shooting of the climax where Aziz butchers two people in his bathroom. The caption states, “Ranbir Kapoor as Aziz in ANIMAL. These are a few pictures clicked by me on the sets of movie ANIMAL on the day of Aziz intro shoot and the best part for me in these pictures is the emotion you can see in Ranbir’s eyes.” He also added that the audience has given a lot of love to all the looks of Ranbir in Animal and Aziz’s character has made a solid impact.
In the caption, Aalim also stated that all the looks from the film will remain very close to his heart and said that he clicked those pictures himself after the official photographer had to leave. It said, “I remember when Ranbir was just sitting next to me after he finished the shot I requested him to allow me to click few pictures as the official photographer had to leave early because of some emergency.”
