'I am blessed to play Indhu in Amaran', says Sai Pallavi
She said, “I read the script first and had many doubts. Since we work with big heroes in commercial films, there’s so much content, and I wondered if they would just take a bit of it and cut the rest. So, on day one, I asked director Rajkumar how he would approach her part in the story. That’s when he narrated the story to me, and I realized that I was blessed to have received this opportunity; one I shouldn’t let go of.”
The actress also revealed that the character taught her how to approach scripts. “More than a lesson, it taught me how to understand and approach a script,” she shared.

Sai Pallavi also mentioned that she still feels connected to the character. She added, “I still feel like I am in the character. Interestingly, I have noticed certain aspects where Indhu and I are quite similar, and when I realize that she’s the real person that I'm playing, it’s quite striking.”
Additionally, she spoke about learning what true selfless love is from Indhu Rebecca Varghese. Sai shared, “I know what selfless love is, but I didn’t know one could love someone to this extent.”
