Ali Fazal shares mesmerizing snaps from his reception with Richa Chadha; calls the past week a ‘roller coaster’

Two years ago, Ali Fazal and Richa Chadha announced that they are tying the knot. However, the coronavirus pandemic played spoilsport and they had to cancel the big celebration. The two reportedly moved in the same year. After a long delay, a few weeks ago it was reported that they are finally getting married. The happy couple celebrated mehendi and sangeet functions in Delhi with their near and dear ones, and even shared snaps on social media. We eagerly waited for their wedding snaps.

However, their spokespersons recently clarified that Ali and Richa have been legally married since 2.5 years. They registered their union and are now celebrating the same with family and friends. Well, today Ali took to his official social media handle to give us a sneak peek into their recent reception in Mumbai which was attended by their industry friends. Along with breathtaking snaps of him and his wife, the actor shared, “We feel eternally blessed that you all came. To all our friends and those who weren’t there, thank you. We love you. You must know that.”

Ali went on to add, “Its been a roller coaster for us celebrating and attending to family emergencies all in one week. Such is God’s way of blessing us and keeping us humble and awarding us patience to take in all the love that’s pouring in.” The actor however deleted the post some time after sharing it. For the function, Ali opted for an Indo-Western suit designed by Kaushik Velendra whereas Richa looked mesmerizing in a colorful handcrafted Anamika Khanna gown.

Back on 29th September this year, Ali and Richa had shared that they formalized their union two years ago. However, it wasn’t clear to many fans that they had already registered their wedding. Nevertheless, we wish them a forever of happiness!
