While it was earlier reported that Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani who are tying the knot in the first week of February have been inspired by Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif to do a lavish wedding in Rajasthan, now we hear that KL Rahul and Athiya Shetty will also follow the footsteps of another Bollywood couple for their big day. For the unversed, Rahul and Athiya are speculated to tie the knot in the last week of January or in February. The couple has taken some major inspiration from none other than Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor for their wedding.

It is not a hidden fact that Alia and Ranbir kept their marriage a joyous but intimate affair by getting married in their home Vaastu in Mumbai’s Bandra area. According to a news report in ETimes, Athiya and KL Rahul will be following RanLia when it comes to their wedding venue. The news report stated that Athiya and Rahul will tie the knot in Suniel Shetty ’s Khandala bungalow. The report went on to say that the bungalow is surrounded by a picturesque view of the hills and mountains that will make it quite a delightful wedding venue.

Apart from this, there are also speculations that the wedding will have some eminent names from the cricket and the Bollywood sphere. KL Rahul and Athiya Shetty have been painting the town red with their love for quite some time now and theirs is inevitably one of the most anticipated celebrity weddings. The report also stated that the couple will later host a lavish wedding reception for their friends from the film, cricket, business, and political fraternity.

The bride’s father and veteran actor Suniel Shetty was recently quipped about the anticipated wedding to which he hinted that it is happening soon. But the Hera Pheri actor also joked with the media to inform about his daughter’s wedding dates to him too so that he can also attend the marriage.
